5th Ave Parties & Rentals is a family owned and operated party rental establishment located in Highland, MD Founded April 2007, store front opening December 23rd, 2009.

We offer everything you need for a special event, including a wide variety of tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and flatware. Having a girl or boy themed party? We offer large moon bounces, popcorn machines, and other type of concessions. All this and much more at exceptional prices.

In addition to rentals we offer a wide selection of balloons for every occasion: Christmas, New Years, birthdays, school events, Valentine's day, anniversaries, and any other occasions. Our services range from event planning, delivery, installation, set-up, and teardown services. We work with your caterer or one we select.
