How is delivery charge calculated?
The standard delivery charge is $75. That includes delivery and pickup. The charge will vary depending on the zip code.
Is table and chair setup part of the delivery charge?
No. Deliveries are made to the ground floor or closet distance to the truck. All tables and chairs should be stacked at the drop off location. Setup and breakdown of table and chairs can be done for an additional fee. See our services pricing
How do I determine what size linen is correct for the table size?
The easist way to figure out what size linen to use is take the size of the table and add 60" to go to the floor or 30" to go half way down. EXAMPLE: 60" Round table 60 (table) +60" (drop)= 120" Linen to the floor

Does the damage waiver cover every type of damage?
No. The damage waiver is intended for accidental damage to rental items. If items are not used appropriately and damaged through misuse then the damage waiver will be reimbursed and full replacement of the item will be charged.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event date. Anything less than 7 days will result in forfeit of the 20% deposit. Any cancellations made the day of the rental event can be charged the full rental price.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes. In order to confirm a reservation 20% deposit will be required. If one is not given, as long as items are still available they can be rented. However, there is no guarantee until the deposit has been taken.
What forms of payment are taken?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). If cash is the method chosen will require to forms of id.
Are advanced reservations required?
No. They are highly recommended to insure availability of equipment on the date you request.
When is the remaining balance due?
For check and cash payments prior notice should be given that it will be paid on day of event. For credit card payments, balance must be paid prior to the delivery taking place.
Is there a specific way that flatware and glassware should be set?
There is a formal way to set your table for your event. The attached file will give you some guidance.
